Atomi Inc. provides a straightforward warranty that is hassle-free. Our customer service representatives will work hard to put a smile back on your face.

Warranty Coverage

Atomi Inc. provides this Warranty and covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance that adversely affect the ability of the product to operate properly and when such products are purchased directly from Atomi Inc. or an Atomi Inc. Authorized Dealer. This warranty applies to the product only and does not cover the installation of the product (if applicable). This Limited Warranty is subject to all provisions, conditions, limitations, and exclusions described within this document. Under no circumstances will warranty coverage extend to products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers.

Note: Atomi Inc. will honor the 3-year warranty period on items that have a 1-year warranty period listed on the packaging, however, Atomi Inc. reserves the right to make the final determination of warranty coverage.
If a replacement product/part cannot be provided for your device, Atomi Inc. will exercise its sole discretion to offer a comparable or superior replacement product/part.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. Any attempt to transfer or assign this warranty without the explicit written consent of Atomi Inc. will render the warranty null and void. The benefits and obligations under this warranty are exclusive to the original purchaser and may not be extended to any other party.

Not Covered Under Warranty

Labor Excluded. This warranty does not cover any costs or fees associated with the labor and other fees required to install, remove, or replace parts for any Atomi Inc. chargers, vanity mirrors, bathtub lights, shower heads, or neon signs.

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Items that have expired their warranty period
  • Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
  • Free products
  • Repairs through 3rd parties
  • Damage from outside sources
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly, modification, improper maintenance, etc.)
  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers
  • Ordinary wear and tear (minor cosmetic blemishes)
  • Material, economic, and/or physical damages or losses caused by the product

Warranty Process

  • Please provide sufficient proof of purchase, a description of the problem, and pictures of the alleged defect

  • Our team is available to help, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm (EST)
  • After product inspection, if the warranty applies, Atomi Inc. will repair or replace the product free of charge
